Coffee aromas flood the Technopolis for the 2nd day
Coffee makers and coffee lovers meet for a second day today at the Athens Coffee Festival 2021.
The ultimate attraction in the city for coffee lovers welcomes today, the second day of the festival, many people in Technopolis. Coffee professionals again have the opportunity to see up close all the new products and innovations being launched, to be informed about the latest developments in equipment and technology such as ecological and reusable equipment, to discuss business actions and to enter into new partnerships. At the same time, they have the opportunity to talk to the representatives of the leading brands, to share their concerns with talented baristas and coffee specialists, but also to examine closely the consumer attitudes, preferences and needs as they have been formed in the Covid era. They will also discover through the exhibitors of the festival, a variety of choices in healthy snacks, super drinks, and drinks for their business. Today’s program of the Coffee Masterclasses includes interesting topics for all those who want to be fully informed about the new data of the coffee industry. Specifically, attendees can be informed on the development of hard & soft skills of baristas, “explore” the coffee of Indonesia and Panama and find out about the next day of Greek coffee. They also can learn about the contribution of Coffee and brunch in sales, the right recipes for instant coffee and discover all the tips for selling rare and expensive varieties of coffee in retail. Τhe Greek Coffee Roasting Championship continues today with two more rounds of Roasting (green coffee evaluation, roasting single origin). The roasting Championship is taking place in hall D10 of the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens. Please note that entry to the venue is allowed only upon presentation of the Green Pass (vaccination or disease certificate).
